Nemchem International Limited is seeking a motivated and personable Assistant to the Contracts Division Director to support our growing contracts division. If you have strong sales experience, a talent for preparing quotations, and the ability to manage debt collection professionally, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to the Contracts Division Director in daily operations.
  • Prepare and manage client quotations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in driving sales and maintaining client relationships.
  • Handle debt collection processes with professionalism and tact.
  • Maintain organized records and assist in contract documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth contract execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, quotation preparation, and debt collection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A positive attitude and a professional, approachable personality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
