Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager with daily work, schedule arrangements, meetings and business coordination.
  • Conduct research, follow up and organize documents for real estate and land projects.
  • Maintain relationships with local government, partners, clients and other contacts.
  • Assist in project negotiations, document translation and communication in both Chinese and English.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Architecture or related fields.
  • Familiar with both Chinese and English, with fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
  • Familiar with basic real estate knowledge, especially the local market in Lusaka, Zambia.
  • Possess local resources and connections.
  • Familiar with the operation rules and processes of media and finance.
  • Familiar with Zambia’s laws and regulations (Investment, land, labor, tax, etc.).
  • Age between 25 and 40, gender unlimited.
  • Good professional image and high professionalism.
  • Dedicated, hard-working, responsible and reliable.
  • Gross Salary Range K6000-10000 Per Month
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in the Similar Role/1year as a Chinese Translator.
  • Full- Time Position
