We are looking for a dynamic, service-driven, and results-oriented Bar and Restaurant Manager to lead our Food and Beverage operations at Grand Palace Hotel.
This role is key to ensuring exceptional dining and bar experiences, maintaining high service standards, and driving revenue growth through efficient management and innovation.
You will also play a central role in staff leadership, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence, ensuring our outlets reflect the elegance and hospitality that define the Grand Palace Hotel brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s bar and restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage, train, and motivate service staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager.
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and manage budgets effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Plan and execute special events, promotions, and themed nights to drive revenue.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and ensure consistent quality of products.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in a busy hotel, restaurant, or bar environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for hospitality and service excellence.
