To plan, manage and monitor the implementation of branch network activities and ATM services processes in order to deliver on approved operational plans in an effective and efficient manner. Job Description
To ensure a sound internal control environment within the RB Function through proactive identification of risks, through regular review and testing.
- Branch refurbs- Work with CRES, follow up and be involved at each stage to understand the scope and review the cost to ensure its within acceptable cost.
- Power back on ATM and Branches -Work With CRES to review RFP and cost for proposed alternative power solutions, follow up with implementation schedule for ATM that have been approved for Solar
- Relocation of Airport ATM- Coordinate with other stakeholders and have the low transactions ATM’s located to new emerging high traffic spot. Engage CRES for the lease, IT for links and ATM build, Marketing for branding.
- Cost Management- ensure that all the cost are allocated the actual cost center where the cost was incurred. i.e. no cost for the branch should be posted to head office cost center
- ATM profitability review- Review the ATM profitability and discuss, come up with new location were to move some non-performing ATMs, identify which machines need to move. Review the ATM recons daily, Engage with ATM vendor as RM
- Out-sourced Cashiers – Support branches with engaging with vendor for outsourced cashier. Ensure they are trained before been deployed. Hold meeting with vendor and branch managers to review cashier Performance.
Education
Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
