JOB DETAILS:
CHIPATA BRANCH SUPERVISOR:
• To ensure sustainable Branch profitability through revenue growth and managing costs
• To enhance and facilitate sales of assurance products by providing the requisite support to Team Leaders and Agents
• To enhance Brand visibility and safeguard same through customer centricity
• To manage and develop branch staff towards exceptional customer service
• To ensure staff puts on proper attire, premises are well maintained and opening and closing times adhered to
• To clear all claims, monitor and record all body (decedents) movements (in and out) and ensure that all funeral schedules prepared and in place
• To monitor all vehicle movements, fuel consumption and usage and ensure log books are accordingly completed
• To ensure vehicles are in good condition, always clean and set up a vehicle maintenance plan for the branch
• To reconcile and report all sales at the end of each day and ensure deposits are done accordingly
• To manage stock and assist in selling of company products and services
• To provide complete details on the performance of the branch in MANCO and on a monthly basis, in the form of a written report
• To ensure all electrical and mechanical assets are accounted for and fully functional
• To Exercise Confidentiality
