Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager with a strong commercial mindset and hands-on approach. The ideal candidate is passionate about growing business, process-oriented, and skilled in identifying and capturing market opportunities.
While this position sits within the automotive sector, apart form automotive experience, we also welcome professionals from diverse industries—especially those with experience in managing high-value, complex solutions, whether in logistics, heavy industry, commercial goods, or other B2B/B2C environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and execute growth opportunities across existing and new markets.
- Lead the full business development lifecycle—from market research to deal closure.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for high-involvement or capital-intensive products and services.
- Set clear KPIs and drive performance within the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both B2B and B2C stakeholders.
- Navigate and influence complex decision-making processes with corporate clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and effective delivery of business solutions.
- Develop structured processes for lead tracking, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
- Drive internal process improvements for better operational efficiency.
- Monitor industry and market trends to keep the business ahead of the curve.
- Keep customer satisfaction at the core of all business development efforts.
- Align commercial efforts with logistical and operational capabilities.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5–7 years of experience in a business development, commercial, or sales strategy role, preferably in capital-intensive or B2B sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing both B2B and B2C channels.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to spot and capitalize on profitable opportunities.
- Effective people management and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on, organized, and driven approach to execution.
- Experience with go-to-market strategies and complex sales cycles.
- Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
