Are you ready to turn connections into conversions? We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with serious hustle and a passion for driving results to join the SMTS Team!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferable)
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and consistently meet revenue targets
- Proven ability to inspire and drive team performance under minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities & Abilities:
- Source new clients and maintain long-term business relationships
- Lead strategic sales planning to penetrate existing and emerging markets
- Prepare competitive proposals, pricing strategies, and compelling presentations
- Identify customer pain points and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Set individual and departmental sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and drive accountability
- Mentor and train sales staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, expand market share, and strengthen client relationships
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
- Coordinate client acquisition initiatives, pipeline management, and market outreach
- Demonstrate strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of offerings with client needs
- Manage and update customer databases and CRM tools accurately
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics
- Represent the company at client meetings, expos, and industry events
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and client expectations
