JOB DETAILS:
Are you a strong communicator with a passion for customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Nuttah is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Relations Officer to assist with client inquiries and ensure excellent customer experiences.
Location: Remote / Hybrid (must own a laptop & smartphone)
Employment Type: Part-Time
Salary: Based on experience
What You’ll Do
* Respond to client inquiries via email, WhatsApp, etc.
* Provide guidance and information about our services.
* Maintain professional, clear, and timely communication with clients.
* Track customer queries and provide reports on common issues.
* Assist in drafting client-friendly content for FAQs.
What We’re Looking For
* Diploma/Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business.
* 1+ year experience in customer service, sales, or client relations.
* Excellent communication skills (no typos, professional writing).
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Tech-savvy & social media knowledge (a plus!).
Work Hours: 8
Experience: 1+ year
Level of Education: Bachelor’s degree
