Role Overview

ORBS is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Corporate & Advisory team. This role is suited to a disciplined and detail-oriented professional with experience in corporate compliance and governance, who is comfortable operating in a multi-client advisory environment.

The Corporate Associate will support clients with ongoing statutory compliance, corporate governance requirements, and regulatory engagement, while working closely with Senior Associates on broader advisory assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of corporate compliance and governance frameworks for clients
  • Prepare and submit statutory and regulatory filings in accordance with applicable laws and deadlines
  • Draft and maintain corporate documentation including policies, board resolutions, and meeting minutes
  • Maintain statutory registers and accurate corporate records
  • Liaise with government agencies and regulatory authorities on behalf of clients
  • Respond to client queries on compliance, governance, and corporate administration matters
  • Conduct regulatory and compliance research to support advisory engagements
  • Provide structured support to Senior Associates across client assignments

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Management, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–5 years’ relevant experience in corporate compliance, company secretarial services, or advisory roles
  • Ziale Practicing Licence
  • Sound understanding of corporate governance principles and regulatory requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities effectively
