JOB DETAILS:
Location: Lusaka Head Office, Zambia
Broadleaf Urban Properties is seeking a talented and proactive Credit Controller to join our team at the Lusaka Head Office. As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in managing the company’s credit and collections, contributing to our financial stability and success.
:
- Monitoring and managing the company’s credit control processes
- Making follow-ups with clients on monthly obligations
- Chasing overdue invoices and payments to ensure timely collection
- Negotiating payment plans and terms with customers
- Providing regular reports on the status of outstanding debts
:
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar financial role
- CIMA, ACCA, Degree or Diploma in Accounting
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Certified in Accounting with Relevant Bodies
- 2 to 3 years experience as a Credit Controller
- Knowledge of credit control principles and practices
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office

Level of Education: professional certificate
