Responsibilities:

  • Selling of company products in the business hall
  • Stock taking and stock reports
  • Provide accurate information on products and services.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
  • Support the customer care team in day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in any Business-Related courses
  • 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet)
