Job Description:
- Network Monitoring and Fault Detection:
- Regularly monitor IP network performance to detect and identify abnormal situations or faults promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Perform continuous performance checks on the network to proactively detect issues before they affect operations.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
- Diagnose and resolve wireless network issues, such as packet loss, slow data transmission, or connection drops.
- Analyze configuration files, network traffic patterns, and use diagnostic tools to quickly restore services in case of network accidents.
- Ensure rapid issue resolution to minimize downtime and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Equipment Maintenance and Upkeep:
- Inspect, maintain, and upgrade Switch/Router/Firewall equipment to ensure their proper functioning.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance to keep equipment in good working condition, ensuring high availability and stability of network services.
- Issue and Risk Management:
- Handle daily issues and risk management progress, ensuring that the handling progress is reported internally and to customers.
- Ensure that issue resolution meets customer requirements and quality standards.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that network performance remains optimal and any issues are quickly addressed.
- Provide regular reports on maintenance activities, troubleshooting progress, and customer feedback.
Business Skills:
- Carrier Network Operations:
- Familiarity with carrier commercial network operations and processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and operational procedures.
- Wireless Communication Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of wireless communication theory, including international standards and technical specifications related to wireless radio technology.
- Knowledge of wireless communication technologies like GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G is highly preferred.
- Troubleshooting Expertise:
- Ability to effectively diagnose and resolve network issues, with strong expertise in troubleshooting packet loss, slow data transmission, and network connection issues.

Professional Knowledge:

- Solid experience with IP network monitoring, wireless networks, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with the O&M (Operations and Maintenance) process, troubleshooting, and problem reporting is essential.
- Experience with wireless network technologies, including GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G.
- Proficiency in network equipment maintenance, particularly Switches, Routers, and Firewalls.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Relevant certifications in networking, such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent, are desirable.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
