TECNO BU is looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to develop, implement, and optimize our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. to be based in Lusaka.
Candidates who wish to apply for the Digital Marketer position have the following requirements;
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize the company’s presence across digital platforms (TicTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other internal teams to create engaging and relevant content.
- Optimize landing pages and user experience (UX) to improve conversion rates.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage and maintain the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role (4+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar digital platforms is a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or graphic design is an added advantage.
