Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s presence across digital platforms (TicTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other internal teams to create engaging and relevant content.
  • Optimize landing pages and user experience (UX) to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role (4+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar digital platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or graphic design is an added advantage.
