We are looking to recruit a talented Direct Marketing Executive to join the team.
Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, the Direct Marketing Executive will undertake planned marketing projects for the benefit of the company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference to the company’s success according to trends and customer requirements. Working with the various teams (marketing, sales, external vendors, and retail partners), the Direct Marketing Executive will ensure seamless execution and be a backup resource for event management.
The Direct Marketing Executive will:
Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
Understand and execute promoter-led activations for various brands in different channels and events.
Liaise with key stakeholders for execution of branding, sampling, and tie-up plans
Communication with all internal and external stakeholders for the plans – Brand, Sales, Merchandising, Promotion agencies, Media and PR
Management and recruitment of the promoter pool including orientation and training.
Reviewing performance, managing payments and issue resolution.
Management of promotional materials inventory.
Recommending correct requirement and maintenance of promotional material quantities.
Tracking consumption and reordering.
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a marketing executive.
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
Familiarity with social media.
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Creativity and commercial awareness.
Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively.
Qualifications:
Diploma in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline, degree would be advantageous.
Minimum of 2-years’ experience.
Demonstrated maturity, responsibility, and accountability in professional setting.
Hours of work: 48 hours a week.
