JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and learning materials for early learners.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Support the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children aged 3–6.
• Assess and report on each child’s progress using observational tools and reporting systems.
• Engage with parents and guardians to discuss children's growth and development.
• Use creative methods like storytelling, music, play, and visual aids in lesson delivery.

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about working with young children.
• Patient, caring, and committed to holistic child development.
• Familiar with the Early Childhood Education curriculum and child safety practices.

*Requirements:*

– Diploma or Degree in Primary Education/E.C.E
– Minimum 25 years old
– Registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (T.C.Z)
– Valid Practising License
– At least 2 years of teaching experience
– G.C.E certificate with 5 credits or better, including English
– Christian with a minimum of 3 years of testimony
– Fluent in written and spoken English
– Ability to work independently
– Computer literacy
– Excellent interpersonal, communication, and classroom management skills

Level of Education: associate degree
