Twinpalms Road, Lusaka and Kaleya Road Campus
Start Date

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons.
- Prepare and maintain a well-organized, stimulating learning environment.
- Support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Observe, assess, and document learners’ progress.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and self-directed learning.
- Develop and maintain learner portfolios and classroom records.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians on learners’ development.
- Uphold child safeguarding, health, and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and school management
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Montessori experience is a strong advantage.
- Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) registration.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching in early childhood setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and child-centred learning.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills

- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
