We are looking for an Entry Area Manager East Region ready to shape and execute a regional marketing strategy that drives brand growth and translates corporate vision into measurable results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Translate the corporate strategy into a cohesive marketing strategy that drives BAT brand penetration, maximises Return On Investment, and integrates market, consumer, and customer insights across the organisation to enable effective strategy formulation.
- Regional development and implementation of a trade marketing & distribution strategy that meets objectives set for consumer and customer segments.
- Drive the implementation of the marketing strategy by identifying necessary changes in strategy and priorities during implementation while optimising effectiveness and efficiency of company’s resources.
- Drive an ongoing process of marketing evaluation and innovation in order to achieve the maximum competitiveness in availability, communications, price and image.
- Manage KPIs for all Trade Marketing reps and track ongoing results.
- Manage allocated budget for all trade marketing activities in the region.
- Ensure compliance with Responsible Marketing Framework and dissemination of knowledge and learning to your team, facilitating productivity gains and continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in a Marketing or Business-related field.
- Certified ZAQA qualifications.
- 3-4 years’ experience in tobacco or a similar FMCG company.
- Strong operational management.
- Motivating, coaching and developing people.
- Strategic planning and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
