We are looking for a vibrant candidate to join our team.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
1. Production Planning and Execution:
Assisting with the planning and execution of production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
2. Trouble shooting:
Assisting with the worker to do trouble shooting or the machine.
3. Quality Control:
Monitoring production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
4. Staff Management & Public Relation management:
May involve supervising production teams, providing training, and addressing personnel issues.
5. Material Management:
Helping to manage materials, equipment, and labor to optimize production efficiency.
6. Cost Management:
Monitoring production costs and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
7. Inventory Management:
Maintaining accurate records, managing stock levels, and ensuring proper storage of goods
8. Maintaining Warehouse Operations:
Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and efficient
9. Coordinating Logistics:
Managing incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinating deliveries, and optimizing the flow of goods
10. Reporting and Communication:
Keeping the Factory Manager informed of production progress, issues, and performance.
11. Safety and Compliance:
Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory complies with relevant regulations.
12.Process Improvement:
Identifying and implementing ways to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
13. Skills and Qualifications:
Better to be major in Machinery or Electrical .
Excellent Communication Skills: Needed for communicating with team members, other departments, and management.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
Technical Knowledge: Depending on the industry, knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control procedures is often required.
Leadership and Team Management Skills: May be required to supervise and motivate production teams.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in relevant software for production planning, inventory management, and reporting.
Knowledge of Safety and Compliance Regulations: Ensuring the factory adheres to all relevant safety and regulatory requirement
