Attributes
Computer literate,
Public speaking and good presentation skills are required,
English language spoken and any other languages will be added an advantage.
Must be Strong critical thinking ability.
Must be willing to travel around the country using both private and public transports.
A self-starter who will take responsibility for their own work and can work on their own as well as part of a team.
AGENTS who have a proven record of being able to ‘hustle’ are preferred.Honesty & integrity are key.
Must have emotional intelligence and be able to build meaningful relationships with other people.
Natural confidence and courage are required of candidates.
Candidates must demonstrate that they are able to be self-driven learners under mentorship from management.
Respectfully exerts influence – i.e. can give clear instructions, takes charge of the conversations, and leads with clarity
