Job Purpose
The Field Sales Representative/Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth by actively engaging with potential and existing clients, promoting swimming pool construction and maintenance services, and selling related equipment. The role requires extensive fieldwork, customer interaction, and reporting on market trends and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for swimming pool construction, maintenance, and equipment supply.
* Conduct regular field visits to clients, including homes, hotels, schools, clubs, and commercial properties.
* Deliver product demonstrations and explain service benefits to potential clients.
* Meet or exceed sales targets through prospecting and conversion.
* Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product and pricing strategies.
* Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company.
* Gather and report client feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
* Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client
Expectations.
Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activities, and client communications.
Qualifications & Experience
* Grade 12 Certificate
* Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration
* Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience, preferably in construction, leisure services, or equipment sales
* Knowledge of swimming pool equipment and services is an added advantage
* Must have a Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently

Self-motivated and target-driven
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Remuneration
* Fixed salary
* Attractive commission on sales
