JOB DETAILS:
Agrizam is a provider of agricultural inputs and is committed to empowering farmers with timely access to high-quality products. As we expand our distribution network, we’re looking for honest and proactive individuals to be part of our operations team in various locations across the country, in the following positions:
1.Finance Operations Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the execution and/or implementation of operational plans across the network
- Prepare and review operational financial reports, management reports and performance dashboards
- Monitor operational performance and recommend improvement strategies
- Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures and internal controls
- Monitor compliance with laws and regulatory requirements, including company policies
- Manage and maintain financial systems and tools to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate operational processes to ensure efficient and effective systems
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Support strategic decision-making by providing financial and operational insights to senior management
Qualifications:
- Full Grade 12 certificate
- Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft office, especially excel
- Experience in a similar role, is an added advantage
- Experience in a large, accounting/audit firm is an added advantage
