JOB DETAILS:
Marvelous University of Technology and Applied Sciences (MUTAS) is seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Assistant to join our dynamic team.

• Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support across various university departments
Assist in office management, record-keeping, and logistical tasks
Support staff and students with inquiries and general assistance
Ensure a well-maintained and organized work environment

• Minimum Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management, or a related field
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
