The HR Business Partner Operations will support day-to-day HR functions across multiple
client accounts, gaining hands-on experience in the full spectrum of HR services. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, processes, and pursuing a career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening
CVs, scheduling interviews).
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes for clients
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (digital and physical).
- Process payroll inputs and statutory compliance documentation.
- Participate in drafting HR documents, contracts, and reports.
- Support client-facing HR tasks including employee engagement initiatives and training logistics.
- Conduct HR audits and policy reviews for clients
- Perform any other administrative and HR tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Member of ZIHRM
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration,
Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR practices, labour laws, and administrative
processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Must be based in Lusaka or willing to relocate.
