1. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources/Admin
• Timely update of the mileage records
• Updating and tracking of the inventory and stock/equipment issues
• Provide support in filing for both HR related and Finance related documents as advised
• Keep HR staff records up-to-date
• Ensure that all leavers and starters have completed required documentation
• Provide guide to and screening of visitors to the office
Logistics& Procurement
• Liaise with the driver on trip/transport requests scheduling
• Facilitate car hire vehicle inspections
• Ensure that groceries replenishment is up-to-date
• Ensure that office premises and equipment are secure
• Participate in the procurement of services and equipment
• Assist in the regular stock take and update asset file
• Other duties as assigned
Accounting and Finance
• Prepare all procurement related purchase orders and requisitions
• Manage Petty Cash as support to the Assistant Accountant
• Assist with Vouching during audits

Essential Qualification
• Diploma in Human Resources Management or related social science qualification
• Working experience of at least 2 years, preferably in a Non-Governmental Organisation
• Experience with tight deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge working MS Office suite
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a group setting.
Location and Term
This position will be located in Lusaka, Zambia. We are recruiting for a 12 month contract with options for extension.
