ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
  • Perform daily cleaning of all occupied and unoccupied rooms including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Change bed linens, replace towels, and ensure proper laundering of all bedding and linen items
  • Ensure bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas are spotless and in hygienic condition at all times
  • Report any damages or maintenance needs (e.g., plumbing leaks, broken furniture) to the Workshop Manager promptly.
  • Wash, dry, and iron bed linens, blankets, and towels regularly.
  • Organize clean laundry for easy access and rotation.
  • Ensure damaged or stained linen is reported and separated for replacement or deep cleaning
  • Maintain a check-in/check-out logbook or digital system to track lodge usage by drivers, interns, mechanics, and other staff

Health, Safety, Environment and Quality

  • Actively support the Alistair Group Health, Safety, Environment and Quality vision and values.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Good knowledge of cleaning techniques and hygiene standards.
  • Basic record-keeping and communication skills.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and well-organized.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
