About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeper to join our team at Falane Solutions limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization within our premises.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies.
• Notifying superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
• Dealing with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
• Checking stocking levels of all consumables and replacing when appropriate.
• Adhering strictly to rules regarding health and safety and being aware of any company-related policies.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.

Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.

Good time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
