We are seeking to recruit an experienced professional with a strong work ethic to fill the role of Human Capital (HC) Associate. The successful candidate will assist the Human Capital Manager with developing in-country human capital strategy, key talent management, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and change management activities.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Administration of the talent acquisition process
• On-boarding new staff
• Administration of in-house pension scheme and staff leave management
• Preparation of standard letters
• Administration of staff and partner medical schemes
• Preparation and analysis of HC management reports
• Ensuring compliance with staff separation procedures
• Effective filing of staff records

Job Experience and Key Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced HC setting
• Extensive understanding of Zambian labour laws and HC best practices
• Excellent time management and highly organised
• Proactive and able to work under minimal supervision
• Experience working with HC management systems
• Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (MZIHRM)
