To supervising and undertaking human resources management functions to enhance staff morale and improve human resources utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

-         Human Resource Management: Supervise and undertake effective utilization of human resources to enhance morale and productivity.

-         Conditions of Service: Interpret and apply rules and regulations to ensure adherence.

-         Payroll Management: Supervise and process payroll inputs to facilitate timely payment of salaries.

-         Performance Management: Develop individual and departmental work plans to monitor and evaluate performance.

-         Supervision: Supervise human and other resources to attain departmental objectives.

Minimum qualifications and experience:

-         Degree in Human Resources Management or Equivalent.

-         Masters in HR Management or related field will be an added advantage

-         Must have a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in human resources

-         Must have proven expertise in HR Operations (Payroll, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits & Organizational Structure)

-         Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, manage multiple tasks and priorities, and provide HR support to all levels of the organization.

-         Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.

-         Must have proven experience in HR strategic planning

-         Good understanding of the Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Word, as well as various payroll and benefits software, is a must

-         Good understanding of the Zambian labor legislation

-         Excellent proven leadership abilities

-         Must be a member of the ZIHRM

Reporting:

-         Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
