We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing processes across the full employee lifecycle and contributing to an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships to understand recruitment needs and challenges.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.
  • Partner with HR Generalists across the group to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with overall objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to increase the company’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to find suitable candidates.
  • Ensure full utilisation of the recruitment platform.
  • Responsible for the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
  • Prepare and present reports and data as needed.
  • Provide expert advice to managers on HR practices, processes, and procedures.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business on all HR-related matters.
  • Foster a positive and engaging working environment.
  • Facilitate the performance management process.
  • Implement various people-related projects, e.g. employee wellness, employee engagement initiatives, etc.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive offboarding process.
  • Work with the Learning and Development teams on learning needs and the implementation of learning programs.
  • Train staff in the use of HR systems and ensure adoption and compliance.
  • Train, develop, and advise Line Managers to enhance their expertise in managing Employee Relations (ER) effectively within their teams.
  • Coordinate capability and disciplinary hearings as required and communicate the outcomes to ensure the effective implementation of the resulting actions.
  • Ensure relevant information is provided to the payroll team in the correct format and on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a HR Generalist in a customer service environment.
  • Strong organisation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
