Internship Purpose
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR intern to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks. The HR intern's responsibilities include updating employee contract records, filing of all employee related documents accordingly. he intern will gain practical experience in Human Resources (HR) practices and office management, while also contributing to the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, review, and filing of employment contracts, addendums, and termination letters.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital HR records, ensuring accurate filing and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and HR-related communications.
- Track contract renewals and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in maintaining employee records (personal files, attendance, leave records).
- Assist with onboarding documentation for new hires.
Required Qualifications, Experience and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and office administration.
- Strong interest in HR, administration, and office management.
- Prior experience in office management or HR support is an advantage but not required.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
