JOB DETAILS:
MicroLoan Foundation is a microfinance Organization whose mission is to help poor Zambian women entrepreneurs work their way out of poverty. It achieves this mandate by providing small loans, Business skills trainings and savings facilitation. MLF works in the Eastern, Northern and Southern Provinces of Zambia. A vacancy for Loan officer trainee has arisen in its Lundazi branch. The incumbents will report to the Branch Manager. .

Job Responsibilities:
• Establish credit groups in Lundazi area.
• Prepare loan disbursements to credit groups.
• Provide pre and post disbursement training to credit groups.
• And monitor performance of credit group

  Job Qualifications:
• Certificate in any related course such as social work, community development, agriculture, business administration e.t.c
• Motorbike Riding License
• Computer Skills will be added advantage
