OBJECTIVE:
To ensure the efficient and accurate flow of inbound and outbound shipments while providing exceptional customer service. This role is critical in supporting daily logistics operations, maintaining precise records, and contributing to client satisfaction and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Operational Execution
- Receive, inspect, sort, and dispatch parcels and consignments according to procedures.
- Meticulously update and maintain shipment tracking records in the system daily.
- Consistently follow established delivery schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Customer Service & Support
- Serve as the first point of contact, professionally responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the preparation of customer invoices and support basic billing tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the operations team with daily departmental tasks as assigned.
BUSINESS GROWTH SUPPORT:
- Actively support marketing initiatives and client outreach activities to help grow shipment volumes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience & Skills
- Entry-level experience in a logistics, warehouse, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry, tracking systems).
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
