Huachen International Supply Chain Limited seeks to employ a Maintenance Manager in the Maintenance Department to join our growing team.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

All interviews are strictly in-person, at our Sakania Yard in Ndola.

• Be responsible for maintenance safety, including equipment safety and operational safety; anticipate risks and guide staff to follow standard operating procedures to reduce safety risks.
• Be responsible for maintenance quality control and supervise repair quality, provide technical guidance, and optimize processes.
• Be responsible for the maintenance workshop environment; reasonably arrange working hours, ensure employee protection and wellbeing, keep tools and spare parts properly organized, and maintain workshop cleanliness.
• Handle emergencies; develop emergency response plans and organize their implementation.
• Organize and conduct specialized technical training to improve employees’ skills.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by the company supervisor.

• Proficient in heavy-duty truck engines and chassis, including major and medium overhauls and complex fault diagnosis.
• Good communication skills and coordination/management abilities.

• Bachelor’s Degree Major in Automotive Maintenance, Auto Engineering or related field.
• Full Grade twelve (12) certificate.
• At least Eight (8) years of relevant work experience with at-least Three (3) years of workshop management experience with strong service awareness.
• Must be 28–48 years old
• Must reside in Ndola, Kitwe or the surrounding area.
