Are you an energetic, creative marketer ready to drive growth and brand visibility across dynamic industries? Nicol Technology—together with affiliates Nico HVAC and Vroomotive Autobody—is seeking to hire a Marketing Executive and a Marketing Assistant to lead and support our ambitious outreach and customer engagement efforts in Lusaka and beyond.

Marketing Executive – Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage cohesive marketing strategies for Nicol Technology, Nico HVAC, and Vroomotive Autobody.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events) to generate leads, raise brand awareness, and drive sales.
• Coordinate content creation, digital assets, and PR initiatives to maintain a consistent voice for all brands.
• Build partnerships with industry stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers; manage marketing budgets and monitor ROI.
• Analyze market trends, track campaign performance, and report to top management with actionable insights.
• Mentor and guide the marketing assistant and collaborate with sales, technical, and service teams.

Marketing Assistant – Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and daily activities for all three brands.
• Assist with the creation, editing, and scheduling of marketing materials (social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, flyers).
• Help organize events, promotions, and community engagement activities.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to inform campaign planning.
• Update websites, social media accounts, and assist with coordinating customer feedback programs.
• Maintain databases, prepare marketing reports, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Marketing Executive

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role (B2B/B2C experience in tech, automotive, or HVAC preferred).
• Strong skills in campaign strategy, budget management, and digital marketing.
• Demonstrable leadership, project management, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communicator, creative thinker, and results-oriented.

Marketing Assistant

• Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or similar field (or relevant experience).
• At least 1 year’s experience in a marketing support role is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation basics.
• Eager to learn, organized, detail-focused, and a strong team player.

Both roles require:

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
• Ability to work effectively across brands, projects, and teams.
  • Impeccable organisation and drive to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
