JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are attractively displayed.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
• Implement promotional displays and marketing campaigns in stores.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer insights.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or certificate in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in merchandising, sales, or retail operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits.
• Attention to detail and a passion for customer satisfaction.
