Porcupine Microfinance, a reputable financial institution, is seeking qualified and dynamic individuals to join our leadership team in the following positions:

Chief Executive Officer (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall operations of the microfinance institution.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and ensure long-term sustainability.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders, including regulators, investors, and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a culture of ethical business practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of senior management experience in a financial institution, preferably in microfinance.

• Strong understanding of microfinance regulations and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Finance Manager (1 Position)

• Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting processes of the organization.
