We are inviting applications from qualified and motivated individuals to fill several vacancies in our new hospitality establishment. 1. Head – Food and Beverage

Job Summary:
The Head of Food and Beverage will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring top-quality service, operational efficiency, compliance with hygiene standards, and profitability. This includes staff supervision, menu development, budget management, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or Diploma in Food Production, or Diploma in Food and Beverage
• Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a similar role

2. Head – Sales and Marketing

Job Summary:
The Head of Sales and Marketing will lead the planning and execution of strategic marketing and sales initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales performance. The role requires creativity, market research skills, and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a similar role
• Multilingual ability with fluency in at least three languages

3. Lecturer – Food Production and Food & Beverage

Job Summary:
The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in food production and beverage services, developing course materials, and enhancing student learning outcomes. The candidate must be qualified to deliver accredited training aligned with TEVETA standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Teaching Methodology
• Accreditation with TEVETA
• Diploma in Food Production and Food and Beverage
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a teaching role within the hospitality field

4. Human Resource Officer

Job Summary:
The Human Resource Officer will assist in managing HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with Zambian labor laws.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Strong knowledge of Zambian labor laws and HR best practices
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar HR role

5. Assistant Stores Officer

Job Summary:
The Assistant Stores Officer will manage the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of goods. Responsibilities include inventory management, stock reconciliation, and ensuring timely supply of materials to internal departments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Membership with the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in inventory or stores management

6. Sales Driver

Job Summary:
The Sales Driver will be responsible for product deliveries and will also actively promote and sell company products during routes. The role involves maintaining delivery schedules, customer relationships, and vehicle inventory records.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Proven driving experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic numeracy and inventory tracking skills

7. Waiter/Waitress

Job Summary:
The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, taking and serving orders, handling reservations, answering calls, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Certificate in Food and Beverage or Food Production
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
