The University is seeking to recruit suitably qualified individuals for the following positions:

1. Team Leader- Sales and Marketing

Job purpose, Roles and Responsibilities.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team to success. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for devising strategies to meet and exceed our sales targets, managing and motivating the sales team, and ensuring the smooth running of the sales department.

Qualifications and Experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and metrics

2. Enrolment Advisor

Job Purpose, Roles, and Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact with prospective students
• Convert leads into contacts and collect documents for admission
• Organize and host presentations and customer visits
• Perform any other lawful duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Sales industry with good communication skills

3. Student Mentor

Job Purpose, Roles, and Responsibilities:

• Offer student support in an effective and efficient manner
• Monitor attendance and coordinate student counseling
• Provide guidance to parents in supporting students
• Coordinate disciplinary issues and secure proper accommodation for students
• Perform any other lawful duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

• A relevant Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
