Job Purpose
The Music Coach will be responsible for developing and leading a vibrant music program that promotes creativity, discipline, and artistic expression among students. The role includes teaching instrumental and vocal music, organizing performances, and fostering a culture of musical appreciation across both primary and secondary levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and implement a dynamic music curriculum aligned with Enko Education’s academic and extracurricular standards.
- Teach instrumental and vocal lessons to primary and secondary students.
- Lead and prepare school choirs, bands, and ensembles for concerts, assemblies, and competitions.
- Coordinate school music events, cultural shows, and performances.
- Identify and mentor students with exceptional musical abilities.
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate music into cross-curricular projects.
- Manage, maintain, and ensure the proper use of all musical instruments and equipment.
- Evaluate and track students’ musical progress, providing regular feedback and reports.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, school activities, and Enko professional development programs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Music, Music Education, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in teaching or coaching music within a school environment.
- Ability to teach both vocal and instrumental music (multi-instrumental ability is an advantage).
- Experience in organizing and leading musical performances or productions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to student-centered learning and fostering creativity.

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and innovation in lesson delivery.
