Essentials Duties And Responsibilities:
• Responsible for front office operations and ensure due diligence in operational procedures, thereby reducing exceptions in routine branch audit/Risk inspections and examinations.
• Enhance customer data confidentiality through centralized coordination of client files, edit rights and modifications.
• To ensure effective turnaround, quality of transaction documentation, and control.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities at the branch through interactions and feedback with other stakeholders as well as customers.

Qualifications:
• Grade Twelve Certificate.
• Diploma in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics or any other Business-Related Diploma from a reputable institution.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing. or should have worked in a client –facing role.
