  • Conduct pre- and post-rental vehicle inspections to maintain Kwelan’s quality standards.

  • Ensure vehicles are properly serviced and ready for rentals at all times.
  • Support operational planning, logistics, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure performance targets and service levels are met.
  • Assist with data collection and reporting to improve operational efficiency.

  • Valid driver’s license (manual & automatic) held for at least 4 years.
  • Confident driving in both urban and rural settings.
  • Male candidates are preferred due to the physical and late-hour nature of the role (operational requirement).
  • Strong technical skills and comfort working with digital platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • A passion for cars and familiarity with basic vehicle operations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when required.

Who You Are

  • Energetic, reliable, and self-motivated.
  • A fast learner with a strong attention to detail.
  • Calm under pressure and able to think quickly in unexpected situations.
  • Passionate about innovation, technology, and the automotive industry.
  • A team player who takes ownership and strives for excellence.
