Job Overview: We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Parts Sales Executives to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for selling motor vehicles and their spare parts, specifically focusing on LOVOL, FAW, and SINO brands. They will identify customer needs, provide suitable solutions, and build lasting relationships to drive sales and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers for spare parts sales.
- Recommend solutions to customers and prospects (Customer Relationship Management).
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Coming up with market expansion strategies
- Do market research, competitor analysis and understanding client needs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company profitability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Compiling weekly reports. Attain Full product knowledge by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals effectively.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of motor vehicles and spare parts will be added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license.
