Available Positions
1. HR Officer
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Human Resources or relevant field
3+ years HR experience
Familiarity with labor laws and recruitment practices
Excellent interpersonal and record-keeping skills
2. Finance Officer
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years’ experience in nonprofit or SME finance
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel & financial reporting
Strong ethics and attention to detail
3. Grants Managers (x2)
Requirements:
Degree in Development Studies, Project Management or related field
Minimum 5 years grant writing, donor reporting & fundraising
Proven success securing large grants
Excellent proposal writing and M&E tracking
4. Campaign Coordinators (x2)
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Development or related field
Strong organizational skills
Experience with fieldwork logistics
Excellent reporting and follow-up skills
5. Campaign Manager – Tech Rise
Requirements:
5+ years in tech-focused program leadership
Proven experience in digital literacy/ICT for youth
Degree in Information Tech, Education or related field
Team management + project implementation skills
6. Administrative Officer
Requirements:
2+ years’ admin experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of office software & filing systems
Effective communication and time management
7. CSR & Partnerships Officer
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in partnership development or CSR
Strong relationship-building skills
Proposal writing and fundraising experience
Strategic, persuasive communicator
8. Media & Documentation Officer
Requirements:
Strong photography, videography, and editing skills
Experience in visual storytelling & campaign coverage
Knowledge of Adobe Suite and Canva
Organized with excellent file management habits
9. Receptionist (x1)
Requirements:
Certificate/Diploma in Office Admin or similar
Friendly, professional demeanor
Strong phone and communication skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
10. Communications & PR Officer
Requirements:
Degree in Communications, Journalism or PR
2+ years of professional writing experience
Social media & press release experience
Excellent English writing and speaking skills
11. Social Workers (x2)
Requirements:
Degree in Social Work
Registered with ZASW or relevant authority
Strong background working with children and vulnerable groups
Counseling skills and community engagement experience
12. Web & Digital Content Designer
Requirements:
Experience with Wix, Canva, WordPress or Adobe Creative Suite
UI/UX understanding for nonprofit websites
Graphic design + content writing skills
Portfolio of previous design work
13. Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Requirements:
Degree in M&E, Development Studies or similar
2+ years experience in program evaluation and data collection
Strong understanding of logical frameworks and indicators
Report writing and data analysis skills (SPSS or Excel)
14. Data Capturers (x3)
Requirements:
Experience in data entry and database software
High attention to detail and speed
Organized, trustworthy, and discreet with data
Familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, KoboToolbox, etc.
15. Drivers (x3)
Requirements:
Valid class C license (minimum)
5+ years accident-free driving experience
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
Willing to travel long distances with team and equipment
16. Health & Safety Officer
Requirements:
Certification in Health & Safety
Knowledge of Zambian workplace safety regulations
Field experience preferred (construction, NGO or event-based work)
Strong reporting and response protocol skills
