About Us
We are an innovation-driven organization committed to building intelligent, tech-enabled solutions that address real business challenges. As part of our Enterprise Products team, you’ll play a key role in scaling high-impact technology products that power the heart of our operations.
About the Role
As a Product Operations Associate, you will sit at the intersection of product development, operations, and user experience. Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams — including technology, operations, and business stakeholders — to ensure that our products are not only robust and scalable but also aligned with the evolving needs of our users and business.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Functionality Oversight: Manage and monitor day-to-day operations of existing products by handling configurations and responding promptly to change requests.
- Product Development Support: Translate business and user needs into clear documentation such as use cases, flowcharts, mock-ups, and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
- Product Launch & Rollout: Lead the planning and execution of product and feature launches, ensuring smooth rollouts and timely resolution of stakeholder queries.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Investigate and escalate bugs and technical issues from the field team by coordinating with engineering and QA teams for resolution.
- Process Automation: Design and implement workflow automations using tools like Zapier, Google Scripts, or other low-code platforms to improve operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and various teams throughout the product lifecycle — from ideation and design to testing and release.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Conduct functional and regression testing for applications, web panels, and automations to ensure quality, performance, and user satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Engineering).
- 1–3 years of experience in product operations, business analysis, or a related function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Google Scripts, etc.).
- Experience with product lifecycle management and agile methodologies is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
What We Offer
- Opportunity to work on high-impact products solving real-world challenges.
- Collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Room for growth and skill development across product, tech, and operations.
- Competitive compensation and benefits.
