JOB DETAILS:

Location: Livingstone
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Source and procure goods and services at the best quality and price.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Develop and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and payment terms with suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and monitor stock levels.
• Coordinate with various departments to meet purchasing needs.
• Conduct market research for better purchasing decisions.
• Adhere to company procurement policies and compliance requirements.
• Use company vehicles to transport purchased goods when necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must have a valid driving license.
• At least 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software is an advantage.
