This pivotal role combines technical consultancy with hands-on support, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service from product selection through to post-installation troubleshooting and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support
- Provide expert technical consultation and product demonstrations to clients and sales teams.
- Assist in designing and proposing custom surveillance solutions using HIKVISION products.
- Deliver technical documentation, system diagrams, and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
- Evaluate customer requirements and suggest optimal hardware and software configurations.
After-Sales Support
- Provide remote and on-site technical support during and after system deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HIKVISION hardware, firmware, software, and integrations.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and installers on HIKVISION systems.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and installers on HIKVISION systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Telecommunications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Agile and motivated to keep up with evolving technologies.
- Strong presentation and training skills.
- Capable of configuring networking devices.
- In-depth knowledge of CCTV, access control, and current security solutions.
- Experience with IP networking, PoE, and system integrations.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in HIKVISION Technical Training or similar (preferred).
