Megahosts Management Company (Managing The Cubes Apartments, One Roma by The Cubes & Sakae Paradise Resort)We are recruiting a highly organised, customer-focused Reservationist to lead and coordinate guest bookings and reservation systems across our accommodation portfolio. This role requires someone who is confident, professional, and efficient in communication, with strong attention to detail and a warm guest-service approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all reservations and booking channels (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, WhatsApp, Email, Direct Website)
  • Ensure accurate pricing, availability, occupancy tracking, and revenue controls
  • Support guests through the booking journey with timely, clear communication
  • Prepare check-in schedules, arrival lists, and coordinate with Front Desk & Housekeeping teams
  • Handle corporate booking accounts and repeat business relationship management
  • Resolve guest queries and special requests with professionalism
  • Generate reservation reports and occupancy summaries weekly/monthly

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Hospitality Front Office / Reservations (hotel or serviced apartments)
  • Confident communication skills (phone, email, WhatsApp)
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-volume bookings
  • Experience with PMS or Channel Manager systems (training can be provided)
  • High level of professionalism, efficiency, and customer service orientation
