- Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively, fostering teamwork and resolving conflicts among staff or with customers.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and maintaining professional etiquette.
- Manage schedules, inventory, and food costs while enforcing food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle financial tasks, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
- Operate and manage cash registers, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and mobile money transactions.
