We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Admin Assistant to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
The Sales and Administration Assistant will play a key role in supporting branch operations by providing excellent customer service, managing administrative duties, and contributing to business growth through active sales and client relationship management.
Sales and Marketing:
- Promote the company’s financial products and services to new and existing clients.
- Conduct field visits and participate in marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Administrative Support:
- Handle customer inquiries and assist with loan application processes.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of client records and branch correspondence.
- Prepare reports, data entries, and updates on customer and loan databases.
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other clerical duties.
Operational Support:
- Support direct sales agents in loan processing and disbursement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all operations.
- Coordinate communication between departments and the branch office.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration/Sales and Marketing
- Proven experience in a sales/admin or leadership role, preferably in micro-lending or financial services.
- Strong understanding of civil servant, private sector and security based advances
- Ability to identify client needs, promote financial products, and support DSAs in client acquisition.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
